Our dedicated maintenance team responds to service requests promptly and professionally across our 298 public housing units at Demetrius Newton Gardens and Mattie Gill Jackson Gardens.

Please contact the management office by phone or visit in person to report any maintenance issues. Our team is here to help and will work to resolve your request as quickly as possible.

🕐 Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

For after-hours emergencies, please call the emergency maintenance line.

We provide necessary Emergency and Routine Maintenance services.
