Responsible for performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled structural, plumbing, and electrical building maintenance work at Authority properties. Work involves repair and replacement of items such as windows, doors, gutters, cabinets, walls, ceilings, toilets, faucets, water lines, electrical outlets, and light fixtures. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist with the day-to-day administrative and property management functions of the assigned property. Responsibilities include providing customer service to residents and applicants, maintaining financial and tenant records, collecting rent and other charges, assisting with leasing and vacancy preparation, conducting re-examinations and inspections, maintaining the waiting list, processing work orders, assisting with lease enforcement and eviction procedures, and promoting positive resident relations.
