for FAHA properties. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment,
transportation, fuel, materials, supplies, safety equipment, and other resources necessary to
complete the work. Services shall be performed in a professional, timely, safe, and workmanlike
manner. The contractor shall maintain the property in a clean, neat, safe, and aesthetically
acceptable condition.
